New Chair Appointed

At a meeting of trustees on 14th October 2026, Trustee Phil Heathcote was appointed as the new B&YVRT Chair. Phil was previously Chair of the Yeo Valley Trust before the merger with Exmoor Associates.

Note also that following every Annual General Meeting, article 19(2) of the B&YVRT Constitution requires the trustees to appoint the chairman for the following period to the next AGM – or reappoint if the chairman is to continue.
